Everyday ingredients. Something wonderful.

A good meal need not be complicated. A pan of vegetables, cooked grains, a squeeze of citrus, and a handful of herbs can become something you look forward to.
Build a flexible kitchen around a few staples. Store dry grains and pulses in sealed containers. Keep greens cool, and wash fresh produce before preparing it. Follow the product’s own storage guidance where available.
For a simple bowl, combine cooked wheat or rice with roasted carrots and tomatoes. Add fresh herbs, a little oil, and your preferred seasoning. Adjust the ingredients to what is available and what you enjoy.
